Important Information before Scheduling

Due to COVID-19, ALL clients must wear a mask. No Mask, No Service.

PAYMENTS-Payments must be made in full before service is rendered.

​

RESCHEDULING- Rescheduling must be made 24 hours in advance of the scheduled service. If less than 24 hours, you will be charged 50% of your service fee. No call-No show forfeits 100% of costs. 

​

REFUNDS- 100% refunds will be returned within the rescheduling requirements. There are no refunds on merchandise or products purchased.  There are no refunds on services rendered.

​

LATE-The time is blocked for you. Treatment time is only during your blocked time, no extra time is given if you are late.

​

MEDICAL ISSUES-If you are pregnant or think you are pregnant, we cannot  perform services. If you have any major medical issues, please disclose prior to services.

​

MENSTRUAL CYCLE-Services will not be rendered during your menstrual cycle. If services begin and the specialist becomes aware, treatment will stop and you will lose the rest of your time and no refund will be given.

​

CONSENT- Prior to your first treatment, you must complete a consent form. Please advise the specialist of any allergies and medical issues that may affect your service.

​

 ​PHOTOGRAPHY- Your treatments may be photographed or recorded and placed on social media and the website. We will limit exposure to identifying you, however you may choose to opt out when completing the consent form. 

​

AFTER CARE- Exercise a minimum of 30 minutes per day and drink plenty of water after each service. For abdominal and back treatments, we recommend wearing a corset/waist trainer for maximum results.

​

EMERGENCY- If you experience a medical emergency during or after services, please immediately dial 911.
